Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Maestro through ONERWAY (Direct). Available options are shown at checkout.

How checkout works

Add your jewelry to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your contact, delivery and billing information and review your order.
Review the total, including any applicable taxes. Shipping within the United States is free.
Select an available card method, enter your payment details and submit your order. Your card issuer may request additional verification.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Your payment provider or bank handles authorization and any applicable currency conversion or issuer fees.

Payment security

Checkout uses secure connections, and payment details are processed by the payment provider. Please do not send full card numbers or security codes by email. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Order confirmation

After checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. It acknowledges receipt of your order. If there is an issue with payment or availability, we may contact you. A shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent when your order ships.

Payment problems

If a payment is declined, check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address, then contact your card issuer or try another accepted card. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge; your bank can explain its status. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive confirmation, contact us with your order details. Never send full card information.
