30-day return and exchange requests

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after your order is delivered. Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request before sending anything back.

Eligibility

Items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original packaging and proof of purchase. Please handle jewelry carefully when trying it on. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly and include a description and photos where possible so we can help.

How to return

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label for eligible returns and exchanges. New King Jewelry covers return shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges. Please do not send an item until you receive instructions.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and let you know the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. For an exchange, contact us to confirm availability and arrange the next steps. If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss an appropriate resolution with you.
