Delivery area and cost

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on all eligible orders. UPS is our delivery partner.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, UPS delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Estimated total time is 4–10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; these estimates are not guarantees.

The daily order cutoff is 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the processing queue on the next business day. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter the queue that day.

Tracking and delivery issues

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
